IN AND OUT OF WARRANTY SERVICE
We offer both in and out of warranty repair on all Apple products including Macs, iPad and iPhones. If you should ever need a repair, we’ll have your Apple gear turned around quickly and accurately.
THE SERVICE EXPERIENCE: APPOINTMENT OR NOT
Most Mac and iPad repairs can be handled without an appointment as we offer walk in service check in for those items as they are usually checked in for our service department. Repair times will vary depending on service volume but are generally several business days
iPhone repairs generally require an appointment as many of those repairs can take 2.5 hours or less. It's best to call to set that up and have your serial number handy.
Specific turn around times and pricing will vary depending on the issue, if the unit has AppleCare+ and other factors.
